announced the renewal of the 5-year service agreement
(Bio-Production-Resource-Management Solution) with Bumi Raya Utama Group - for
Sei Laur Estate (12,000Ha Oil Palm) in W. Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Selection criteria based on risks, costs, returns-on-opportunity,
return-on-investment, time-to-returns, and real-track-record in the field over
the required time periods, were base lined to formulate the going-forward FFB
Production Management strategy.
