Strategic Bio-Opportunity Assessment is a 2-4 week service that identifies high value opportunities in any or all of the key Oil Palm Bio-Production activities, assets and processes. It addresses the key opportunity influencers, be they bio-assets, system, process, and organization for your situation

This service is designed to answer strategic questions such as:
